Business Planning Grant

The Business Planning Grant funds the engagement of an approved LEO consultant to develop or significantly strengthen your business plan. A strong business plan is the foundation for everything from bank finance to equity investment to grant applications. This grant ensures you have a professional, credible document that opens doors.

Who Can Apply

Businesses registered with their Local Enterprise Office, typically with fewer than 50 employees. Best suited to businesses at a critical inflection point: preparing for investment, seeking finance, or planning a significant expansion.

Grant Value

Up to €5,000, typically covering 50% of the total consultancy cost. The business meets the remainder.
