Paul has experience of restructuring situations for both growth and pivot. His M&A experience extends to acquiring and integrating a number of SME software/tech companies. He has a successful track record in consulting engagements across multiple sectors – Software, Tech, Manufacturing, MedTech and Services organisations. Paul has worked as a business advisor / consultant / evaluator with a number of Enterprise Ireland funded companies across the range of supporting programs offered by Enterprise Ireland.
