## What we do

Agile Executives provides four interlocking services to scaling Irish SMEs and international SMEs hiring into Ireland:

- **Fractional Executive Leadership**: senior part-time CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CTOs, CISOs, CHROs, CSOs, CIOs, DPOs and CAIOs, deployed flexibly across a 200+ associate network.
- **Grant Support**: end-to-end assistance with Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprise Office (LEO), Skillnet Ireland, SEAI and Revenue R&D programmes. Includes a free Grant Eligibility Checker.
- **Digital Advisory**: digital transformation, tech stack selection, AI adoption, automation.
- **Agile Sustainability**: turning sustainability into commercial advantage for SMEs.

## For Investors

Agile Executives works with venture funds, angel syndicates and accelerators in three ways. There is no fee to the fund and no exclusivity required.

- **Portfolio talent** — senior fractional executives placed part-time into companies a fund has already backed, in place within weeks, typically one to two days a week, scaling up or down as the company grows. Agile Executives engages and manages the operator, so employment status risk does not sit with the portfolio company. If the fit is wrong the operator is replaced from the 200+ associate network. - **Pitch to Scale investor showcase** — quarterly event where a curated group of Irish companies pitch for ten minutes each to institutional investors, angels, family offices and Enterprise Ireland supported funds. **The Fractional CFO's First 90 Days** is a downloadable guide for investors and boards. It sets out what a fractional CFO delivers in days 1-30 (ownership of the numbers, cash and runway modelled, a board pack investors trust), days 31-60 (pricing, margin, hiring plan against runway, reporting cadence) and days 61-90 (metrics that stand up to diligence, a data room, a founder who can answer finance questions). The first 90 days are the start of the engagement, not the length of it; fractional executives stay for as long as the company needs them.
